Our batteries are not simple series-connected cells. Every VolTime pack has a heavy-duty microcontroller board running telemetry continuously. This board calculates real-time State-of-Charge (SoC), tracks State-of-Health (SoH) via advanced coulomb-counting, and performs active microshunting cell balancing.
Use the live interactive simulation panel to the right to see our BMS control logic. When cell voltages drift slightly apart due to heavy charge-discharge strain, click "Execute Microshunt Balancing" to witness active cell calibration in real-time.
Incorporates structural heat sink conduction pathways and dynamic thermal sensors. If any sector coordinates elevate past 55°C, the BMS immediately applies current throttling to protect operational integrity.
